Return & Exchange Policy
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, we would like to clarify our approved Return and Exchange Policy as follows:
First: Exhibitions (MOELRY Jewelry Exhibitions)
- Returns: Within 24 hours from the invoice date.
- Exchanges: Within 48 hours from the purchase date.
Second: Online Store
- Exchanges: Within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Returns: Within 4 days from the date of receiving the order.
General Return & Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and original packaging intact.
- The purchase invoice must be provided.
- The policy does not apply to discounted items or special offers (if any).
Fees & Deductions
- We cover shipping fees if the product is defective.
- A shipping fee of SAR 50 will be deducted during the return period.
- Payment gateway transaction fees charged by electronic payment networks will also be deducted, including:
- (Mada – Visa – MasterCard – American Express – or any other payment method).
- The refunded amount will be returned to the same account after deducting any applicable bank fees.
Refund Process
- If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the same bank account after deducting any bank charges.
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 7–14 business days, and the time for the amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the customer’s bank policy.
This policy is effective starting January 7, 2026.
