Simply send us a message on the designated number for your service, including the phrase "Jewelry Return Request" and attach the invoice number if possible. We will process the return without asking any questions and provide you with a free return shipping label. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we strive to earn your trust. We will refund the amount to the same payment method used upon receiving the jewelry. Please remember to include all documents, invoices, certificates, accessories, gifts, and promotions that were provided within a specific period with the product in our process.


2- At Moelry, we are keen on inspection and quality. If there are defects in the product from manufacturing or shipping, we will return the product free of charge to all customers.


3- When requesting a refund, it is necessary to return the item without utilizing any coupons, promotions, or accompanying gifts associated with the jewelry, as part of our collaboration with other brands. If they are electronic, they will be canceled upon the refund request.


4-We offer you the opportunity to enjoy the offers and accompanying gifts with our jewelry by using the available coupons. Please be aware that these offers are subject to the policies and terms of the brands providing the coupons and promotions.
